Day 1 : Arrive Chennai
On arrival at Chennai, a representative  will receive you. With the assistance of the representative for Chennai Pondicherry , check in at a hotel and stay overnight.

Day 2 : Chennai
After breakfast, proceed for a half-day sightseeing Chennai city. Visit attractions like Gandhi Memorial, Kalakshetra, Mylapore temple and Marine beach. Stay overnight at Chennai hotel.

Day 3: Chennai- Kanchipuram- Mamallapooram
Drive to Mamallapooram in the morning and visit Kanchipuram enroute. Visit ancient capital of the Pallavas famous as a city of 1000 Temples and still has 124 shrines. Check in at a hotel in Mamallapooram and move for a sightseeing tour of the town. Stay overnight at the hotel.

Day 4 : Mamallapooram- Tiruvannamalai- Pondicherry
Drive to Pondicherry after breakfast and enroute visit to Tiruvannnamalai. Visit various temples located there and proceed for Pondicherry after lunch. On arrival at Pondicherry, check in at a hotel and Stay overnight.

Day 5 : Pondicherry
Drive to Aurobindo ashram in the morning. After returning, have lunch at the hotel and move onward for a sightseeing tour to the city. Stay overnight at the hotel.

Day 6
In the morning start with onward journey at the conclusion of Chennai Pondicherry Tour. Chennai Pondicherry Tour ends.
